Below is the information pack for Australian players nominating for selection in the UWH World Championships in Hungary in 2013.
Selections will take place after Nationals Finals on 28 January 2013 at the Aquatic Centre Hobart.
Players need to have deposited $500 to the account below and returned the relevant forms to be eligible for selections.
