Australian Underwater Federation policy – Criteria for individual and team apparel.
The following rules apply to all teams and individuals representing the AUF at any international competitions.

- All apparel must be approved by the relevant commission chairpersons, this approval may be delegated to a team manager but only with the express permission of the chairperson.
- All track suits must be a 70% configuration of green and gold
- All swimsuits should be a configuration of green and gold unless the rules of a specific discipline override this. In which case they should be a solid green or gold.
- All tracksuit tops or dress tops must have the AUF logo located on the left breast, underneath this logo the country and year of the competition must be placed. The competition name is optional.
- White runners are the preferred option to be worn in conjunction with competitor’s apparel.
- Any dress jackets must comply with the AUF logo rules
- Commission logos may be placed on the clothing and it is up to the discretion of each commission to decide where they are placed, other than where the AUF logo is situated
- No sponsorship or advertising logos may be placed on the uniform except with the written consent of the AUF secretary.
