Position vacant: Grants Officer

The UHA calls for applications for the Grants Officer position on its Development Working Group.

The role includes the following and is pretty much about sourcing, disseminating available or up-coming grants to State Reps and assisting where possible with applications and information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Research fundraising opportunities;
  • Apply for Nationally based funding; and source State opportunities;
  • Source the application form, deadline and contact and advise the State Rep of the opportunity;
  • Assist State Representatives with quotes as required and other application questions including a cover letter;
  • Maintain a log of grants applied for;
  • Work collaboratively with the Schools Program Coordinator.
