- complete and submit the coach nomination form UHA Australian Team Coach Nomination Form – Masters
- Read and Sign the AUF National Coach Agreement Form: AUF NATIONAL TEAM COACH AGREEMENT 2025 World Qualifiers_Final.pdf – Google Drive
- Complete and sign then email the coaches code of conduct form to Secretary@underwaterhockeyaustralia.org.au
- complete the mandatory SIA education courses and email your badge certificate to Secretary@underwaterhockeyaustralia.org.au
